You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@figaza.com if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account.

Our services allow you to connect to third-party platforms such as GitHub, Slack, Jira, and Figma. Your use of those integrations is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the respective third parties. We are not responsible for the availability or conduct of any third-party service.
Figaza and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the services, including all software, designs, text, and graphics. These Terms do not grant you any ownership interest in the services. You retain ownership of any content you submit through the services.
Certain features of our services may require payment of fees. Fees are described on our pricing page and are subject to change with reasonable notice. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated in a separate agreement.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time for violation of these Terms or for any other reason with reasonable notice. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the services ceases immediately.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Figaza and its affiliates, officers, employees, and licensors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the services. Our total liability to you for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Figaza and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any third-party rights.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
